Return Policy for International Orders
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, round-trip freight, and any customs duties or taxes incurred.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
· Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
· All product tags attached
Before returning, please contact our customer service team and provide photos of the item(s) for review. Returns without compliant photos will not be processed.
For hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they have a confirmed quality defect.
Please pack returned items carefully to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach our return address. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until we confirm receipt – you may need it to track the package with the carrier.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
· Gift cards
· Items marked as “Flash Sale,” “Final Sale,” or “Clearance”
Items purchased as a set or bundle cannot be refunded or exchanged individually.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund promptly.
